List of Adjudicators

Adjudicator for SOPO: Qualified adjudicators for adjudications under the Construction Industry Security of Payment Ordinance (Cap. 652) (“SOPO”).

Adjudicator for SOPP: Qualified adjudicators for adjudications under the Security of Payment Provisions (“SOPP”) in public works contracts as set out in DEVB Technical Circular (Works) No. 6/2021, before the enactment of the Security of Payment Legislation, i.e. the SOPO.

The Lists contain information supplied on a voluntary basis by qualified CICES-HK members. While reasonable steps have been taken by CICES-HK to ensure the listed members have met the necessary eligibility criteria at the time of inclusion—and members are advised to promptly notify CICES‑HK of any changes to their qualifications—CICES‑HK does not exercise control over the members’ acquisition, maintenance, or practice of those qualifications.

Members of the public are therefore advised to contact the listed professionals directly to validate the currency, relevance, and suitability of their ADR qualifications and experience for the matters at hand. CICES-HK disclaims any liabilities arising from or related to the authenticity, currency, or adequacy of the information contained in the Lists.
