Yu Yi Kay（Queenie Yu） has been an international commercial and investment specialist at CCCC Overseas Treasury Management Ltd since 2009 and has over 10-year worldwide experience in treasury management of an international contractor in connection with overseas and local project commercial management of large-scale infrastructure engineering projects, emphasizing digital innovation, cost management, and dispute resolution practices, including but not limited to PPP, EPC, BOT, in compliance with the terms and conditions of engineering contracts and statutory requirements stipulated both in Chinese Mainland and foreign countries and regions.
Queenie is a qualified mediator of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Construction Disputes International Mediation Center in Hengqin, GBA and a highly experienced chartered quantity surveyor tracking project expenditures against the budget and forecast final costs with expertise spanning corporate finance, treasury management, claims management, contract administration under NEC frameworks, planning and alternative dispute resolution in the construction industry.
