List of Dispute Resolution Advisors (DRAds)
Dispute Resolution Advisor (DRAds): This List includes CICES-HK members who are on the list of Dispute Resolution Advisors managed by the Joint Management Committee (formed by the Architectural Services Department, various government works departments and the Hong Kong Construction Association) for the DRAds System designed to mitigate potential claims, disputes and disruptions to the works.
The Lists contain information supplied on a voluntary basis by qualified CICES-HK members. While reasonable steps have been taken by CICES-HK to ensure the listed members have met the necessary eligibility criteria at the time of inclusion—and members are advised to promptly notify CICES‑HK of any changes to their qualifications—CICES‑HK does not exercise control over the members’ acquisition, maintenance, or practice of those qualifications.
Members of the public are therefore advised to contact the listed professionals directly to validate the currency, relevance, and suitability of their ADR qualifications and experience for the matters at hand. CICES-HK disclaims any liabilities arising from or related to the authenticity, currency, or adequacy of the information contained in the Lists.
