Dispute Resolution Experience :

I am an experienced dispute resolution practitioner with a strong track record in both domestic and international arbitration, supported by multidisciplinary training in law, engineering, and construction. I am currently listed on multiple arbitration and ADR panels and have been regularly appointed as arbitrator and tribunal member in a range of commercial and construction‑related disputes.
Over the past three years, I have been actively involved in numerous dispute matters, acting either as arbitrator or in senior in‑house dispute leadership roles. My experience spans the full lifecycle of disputes, including pre‑dispute risk management, procedural strategy, merits determination, evidentiary issues, expert coordination, and award‑related considerations.
I have handled disputes arising from complex commercial, construction, and professional services contracts, with subject matter commonly involving payment and valuation issues, scope and variation claims, delay and disruption, termination, professional liability, and contractual interpretation. My work frequently involves technically complex projects, requiring close integration of legal analysis with engineering, commercial, and project delivery considerations.
My dispute resolution practice is cross‑border in nature, with experience connected to proceedings involving domestic and international parties and disputes seated in multiple jurisdictions, including Asia‑Pacific and Mainland China–related contexts. I am familiar with institutional arbitration frameworks as well as ad hoc proceedings, and I regularly work with external counsel, experts, and tribunal secretariats.
In addition to adjudicative roles, I place strong emphasis on dispute avoidance and early resolution, including mediation, negotiation, and structured settlement strategies. This approach reflects my broader professional focus on governance, risk management, and sustainable dispute resolution outcomes.
