CICES-HK Lists of ADR Professionals – Call for Submissions (English Verson Only)  

In light of the rising demand of alternative dispute resolutions for construction / engineering consultancy disputes, in particular for adjudications under the legislated framework of the recently commenced Construction Industry Security of Payment Ordinance (Cap. 652), CICES-HK is calling for submissions by qualified CICES-HK members to be enlisted in the CICES-HK Lists of ADR Professionals. The Lists will be accessible by members of the public for free, to assist potential parties to construction and engineering consultancy disputes to identify and connect with suitable arbitrator, adjudicator, mediator and/or dispute resolution advisors.

The CICES-HK Lists of ADR Professionals shall accept application for enlistment by current CICES-HK members who have been accredited as arbitrators, adjudicators, mediators and/or dispute resolution advisors by any of the following professional institutions or authorities: -

1.Arbitration

  • CIArb Fellow (Arbitration), FCIArb
  • HKIArb Fellow (Arbitration), FHKIArb
  • HKIAC List of Arbitrators
  • HKIAC Panel of Arbitrators
  • HKIA & HKIS Joint Panel of Arbitrators

  • HKIE Panel of Arbitrators 

2. Adjudication

  • HKIAC Panel of Adjudicators
  • HKIA List of Adjudicators
  • HKIE Panel of Adjudicators
  • HKIS Panel of Adjudicators
  • AALCO-HKRAC Panel of Adjudicators
  • AALCO-HKRAC Panel of Senior Adjudicators

3. Professional Qualifications in Mediation

  • HKMAAL General Mediator

4. Dispute Resolution Advisors

  • List of Dispute Resolution Advisor (DRAds) of the Joint Management Committee (formed by Architectural Services Department, various government works departments and the Hong Kong Construction Association) 

Qualified CICES-HK members are invited to apply by completing this form by 15 May 2026 (Fri):  Application

Applications submitted later than 15 May 2026 (Fri) will not be processed.

*Personal Data Collection Statement: CICES-HK members are requested to provide their personal data (including certificates in relation to professional trainings and qualifications) on a voluntary basis, for the purpose of (i) assisting parties to potential engineering consultancy / construction disputes to identify arbitrators, mediators, adjudicators or dispute resolution advisors possessing expertise and experience in the relevant professional disciplines; and (ii) CICES-HK’s compilation of statistics to facilitate reviews of the Lists and the members’ involvement (including extent and forms) in industrial dispute resolution activities. CICES-HK might not be able to process any incomplete submission, and reserves the right to withhold or reject any submission which contains misleading, erroneous or outdated information.
